Recruitment

Individuals who have earned a Bachelor’s, Engineering, or Master’s degree and have proven English proficiency, at minimum a B2 level, are invited to apply for these studies. English proficiency can be demonstrated via an English language certification, a degree obtained in English, or through a qualifying language proficiency interview.

The admission process is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis using the IRK system

To participate, prospective students must register with the Internet Candidate Recruitment (IRK) system and pay an application fee of 85 PLN.

Required documents

The candidate submits the following documents:

  • Printed and signed application for admission to postgraduate studies from the IRK system;
  • The original or copy of a master’s, bachelor’s, or engineering degree diploma or an equivalent issued abroad, for the purpose of making a copy and certifying its compliance with the original or authenticated copy, or the original certificate of graduation including information about the level, direction, and profile of studies, the professional title obtained and the verbally defined result of graduation, together with a statement from the candidate in which they undertake to present the original or authenticated copy of the diploma of completion of higher education within 30 days from its issuance. For candidates holding a diploma issued abroad, additional requirements are:
    • Legalization or apostille of the higher education graduation diploma,
    • Sworn translation of the diploma into Polish,
    • Certificate of recognition of a higher education graduation diploma issued abroad or a statement from the candidate about the obligation to provide such a certificate within 30 days from the date of its acquisition (in the case when the higher education graduation diploma is subject to mandatory nostrification – a certificate of nostrification of the diploma or a statement from the candidate about the obligation to provide a nostrification certificate within 30 days from the date of its acquisition);
  • A certificate of proficiency in English at least at level B2 (applies to candidates who are not taking the language proficiency interview).

Recruitment schedule

Registration period in the IRK system: June 23, 2025 – September 15, 2025

Deadline for paying the recruitment fee: by September 16, 2025

Announcement of results: September 22, 2025

Document submission: June 23, 2025 – September 16, 2025

Tuition

The tuition fee is 9 000 PLN.

The fee is payable in two installments.

The first installment is 4 500 PLN.

The second installment is 4 500 PLN.

The deadline for paying in full or the first installment for one semester is no later than the day on which the first session of the postgraduate program takes place. The deadline for the second installment falls on the day of the first session of the second semester
