Come to an open meeting with a Nobel Prize winner at the University of Warsaw!

On January 9, 2026, we will host Prof. Ben L. Feringa, winner of the 2016 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. The scientist was honored for designing and synthesizing molecular machines—a groundbreaking achievement that changed the way we think about the nanoscale and the possibilities of chemistry.

Prof. Ben L. Feringa will give a lecture entitled “The Art of Building Small.” The meeting with the Nobel laureate will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the Wojciech Świętosławski Auditorium at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw. There will be time for discussion after the lecture.

 The meeting with the professor is a unique opportunity to listen to a world-class scientist and deepen your knowledge of chemistry.
