Course description:  Qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace organic pollutants in environmental samples using capillary gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS) techniques. Sample acquisition and trace organic pollutants enrichment. Statistical methods in the evaluation of experimental errors.
Course objectives: The student should be able to individually carry out the analysis of a given trace organic pollutants in environmental samples.
